Corporate Social Responsibility Committee (CSRC)
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is very important and should be driven by all departments of the company. Therefore, at the early stage of establishing PACE as a listed company in the Stock Exchange of Thailand PACE has set up an internal sustainability working team called Corporate Social Responsibility Committee (CSRC) comprising of the following executives:
- Mr. Pornson Patanasin
Executive Director acting as CSRC Chairman
Experienced in property development and government liaison for decades
- Mr. Songphon Chaovanayothin
Executive Director acting as CSRC Vice Chairman
Experienced in management consultancy and customer relationship management including corporate planning
- Mr. Jan Michael Svoboda
Group Head of Hospitality acting as CSRC Director
Experienced in hospitality industry in Asia over 25 years he would guide PACE in F&B and Hotel businesses for sustainable growth.
- Mr. Sarath Pavorndechapong
Head of Legal & Compliance acting as CSRC Director
Experienced in legal & compliance and corporate secretary for decade
- Ms. Narumon Juthaprateep
Head of Corporate Communications and Public Relations acting as CSRC Director
Experienced in PR and events management she would lead PACE’s good corporate citizenship to general public very well
- Mr. Pongpat Thiensiri
Head of CSR acting as CSRC Secretary
Experienced in External Relations and CSR management in hospitality and governmental sector
CSRC has the following duties:
- Donation and sponsorship review in order to be in line with corporate CSR policy and ESG factors for sustainability
- Problem resolutions on Code of Conduct for business in order to ensure ethical business operations with good governance among employees
- Materiality issues management in order to effectively manage material issues based on PACE’s and its stakeholders’ expectation
- Reputational risks management and proposal of corrective measures in order to prevent losing trust among PACE’s stakeholders and boost confidence in PACE’s business operations
