With almost 20 years of experience in high-end real estate industry and cross boarder real estate fund management, Khun Sayarm Tongkrabin has worked in complex investment environment with both Thai companies and global real estate funds. His last position before joining PACE was Thailand Country Head with Guidance Investments Sdn Bhd, a Kuala Lumpur base real estate fund management company. He also worked in executive level with Thai listed companies namely Evolution Capital PCL and Golden Land Property Development PCL. His expertise includes corporate and strategic planning, business development, investment structuring, capital raising, and feasibility analysis with strong knowledge of high-end hospitality and luxury residential sectors. Khun Sayarm will take part in strengthening PACE’s executions of corporate matters as well as business operations.
