Mr. Sorapoj Techakraisri Chief Executive Officer of PACE Development Corporation Plc. recently signs a lease agreement to open a DEAN & DELUCA Gourmet Market at 40 Wall Street with Mr. Donald J. Trump, Chairman of The Trump Organization. DEAN & DELUCA at 40 Wall Street will be the 12th branch in the United States and the first branch invested directly by PACE. 40 Wall Street is located in the heart of New York City’s financial district opposite the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), and is a landmark property that was once the tallest building in the world.
