ASTV Manager: PACE launch MahaSamutr in Q3

MahaSamutr is loacated in 130-rai at Hua Hin 112. The development is comprised of 81 luxury villas, Country Club and Beach Club. Each villa offers 200 sq. wah with the starting price at 4o million baht. Overall investment of Bht 3,280 million. The villas will be ready to sell in Q3 this year. Up to now there are already 10-20 customers ready to buy villas once sales commence. One of factors that has encouraged people to buy is the price of property in Thailand is cheaper than many countries.
