Bangkok Post: PACE appoints Thai Obayashi to build MahaSamutr

PACE Development Corporation Plc. and Thai Obayashi Corp. Ltd., have signed a contract to assign the structural work of MahaSamutr high-end villas and Hua Hin Country Club set around Asia’s largest man-made clear water lagoon. The project is scheduled for completion in late 2014.
