Builder News Magazine: PACE Development sets up interior design company

Mr. Sorapoj Techakraisri, Chief Executive Officer of PACE Development Corporation Plc., reveals that the board has approved to set up a subsidiary company named “PACE Interior Services Limited” to serve interior design business. The authorized capital is 1,000,000 baht; including 10,000 stocks, 100 baht each and PACE owns 99.97% shares. The board of the company includes Mr. Sorapoj Techakraisri, Mr. Chotipol Techakraisri and Mr. Chumpol Techakraisri.
