PACE Development Corporation Plc, unveiled ‘Nimit Langsuan’ a super-luxury development with a total project value of approximately Bht 7,500 million. The company recently reported record 70% firm, deposited bookings from pre-sales events. This results from the increase of demand stimulated by the creation of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC).
