PACE believes the high-end segment of property market will continue to grow in Q4 as AEC is approaching. Currently, MahaNakhon is 50% complete in terms of construction and the main building is expected to be complete at the end of 2015. Recently PACE launched 3-bedroom Ritz-Carlton Show Residence which after opening resulted in 1 300 MB in sales.
