Mr. Sorapoj Techakraisri, CEO of PACE Development Corporation Plc., said PACE has launched new 3-bedroom Show Residence with a starting price of 60 million baht. Currently, 60% of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bangkok has been sold to high net worth clients. When MahaNakhon is completed, it will reach 314 meters in height and will become Bangkok’s new iconic architectural landmark.
