Sorapoj Techakraisri, CEO of PACE Development Corporation Plc. said this year the company’s revenue will be around 300 million which will come from the rent of retail space at its MahaNakhon CUBE. The company has started realizing revenue from CUBE and part of this year’s revenue will also come from the transfer of remaining units at completed developments. He expects the company’s income will dramatically grow in 2015 making the a big turnaround of profit in that year and the followings.
