Loke Wan Ni: Two Developments of PACE to Earn 4,000 Million Baht

Sorapoj Techakraisri, CEO of Pace Development Corporation Plc., said the company has spent 1.45 billion baht on the land where MahaNakhon is located and has changed the type of ownership from leasehold to freehold. Meanwhile, MahaSamutr project in Hua Hin will be available for sales in Q3 this year. The company expects to recognize 300-400 million at in 2014 with three to four billion baht in presales from MahaNakhon and MahaSamutr.
