Sorapoj Techakraisri, CEO of PACE Development Corporation Plc (PACE), said the company would focus on high-end developments over the next three to five years. It is looking for opportunities both in Bangkok and tourists areas. Late last year, it has obtained freehold ownership of MahaNakhon land and has invested 1.5 billion baht more in the development. MahaNakhon prices are raised by 12-15% accordingly.
