Sorapoj Techakraisri, Chief Executive Officer of PACE Development Corporation Plc., said that the construction of MahaNakhon, a 77-floor building; accommodating The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bangkok, 200 extraordinary homes, priced between Bht 45-300 million, and a 159-room Edition boutique hotel . The construction is currently reaching level 66, from a total of 77 floors. While the residences sales has reached 70%. The revenue recognition is expected to be registered at the end of this year.
