Matichon: PACE backs Hua Hin land price up 50%

Sorapoj Techakraisri, CEO of Pace Development, said the company has spent 1.45 billion baht on the land where MahaNakhon is located and has changed the type of ownership from leasehold to freehold. Accordingly, the company has raised the unit price by 15%. MahaSamutr in Hua Hin will be open for sales in Q3. MahaSamutr has already driven up the land prices nearby the development in Hua Hin by 50%.
