Sorapoj Techakraisri, Chief Executive Officer of PACE Development Corporation Plc revealed that the company is focusing on high-end residential development due to a continuously increase in demand deriving from the opening of AEC in the near future. He cited that good location is still one of the most important factors for clients when buying residences.
