Mr. Sorapoj Techakraisri, CEO of PACE Development Corporation Plc (PACE), was delighted with the company’s presales of one billion baht earned in the past two months. The success was partly attributed to the company’s change of ownership of the MahaNakhon land from leasehold to freehold.
