PACE wins two prestigious awards at SEA Property Awards 2016

Relations Director of Pace Development Corporation PLC (PACE) represented MahaSamutr Villa
Development received awards at the Southeast Asia Property Awards 2016 held by Property Guru in
Singapore. PACE’s MahaSamutr Villas won two awards, namely Best Villa/Housing Development
(Southeast Asia) and Best Residential Architectural Design (Southeast Asia). Previously MahaSamutr
Villas won three awards at the 11th Thailand Property Awards for Best Residential Architectural
Design (Thailand), Best Villa Development (Hua Hin) and Thailand’s Best Villa Development.
