Thailand’s real estate industry came together on September 19 to acknowledge the best of the best at the 2013 Thailand Property Awards gala dinner and awards presentation ceremony held at the Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Center at Central World. Real Estate Personality of the Year went to Sorapoj Techakraisri, CEO of PACE Development Corporation Plc, for his bold and contemporary vision of modern Bangkok encapsulated in the iconic MahaNakhon development. The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bangkok has also received the Best Luxury Condo Development (Bangkok) award.
