Pim Thai: PACE believes high-end residential market is growing

Mr. Sorapoj Techakraisri, CEO of PACE Development Corporation Plc., said the high-end residential market will continue to grow in the last quarter of 2014 as can be proved by the sales figure at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bangkok in the MahaNakhon development which has grown continually since the beginning of this year. PACE has recently launched Ritz-Carlton new 3-Bedroom show apartment with a starting price of 60 MB and this type of residences has received a good response from target buyers.
