Mr. Sorapoj Techakraisri, CEO of Pace Development Corporation Plc., is developing two luxury developments – MahaNakhon and MahaSamutr. MahaNakhon is a 77-storey mixed-use building comprising The Ritz-Carlton, Residences, Bangkok, Bangkok Edition hotel and Retail Center MahaNakhon CUBE. The construction is up to the 30th floor now. It will be Thailand’s tallest building once completed. MahaSamutr features Asia’s largest man-made crystal lagoon on a 45-rai land in Hua Hin. The construction will be completed in December.
