Mr. Sorapoj Techakraisri, Chief Executive Officer, PACE Development Corporation Plc, said that there is a large group of people who are looking for the quality and exclusivity. Also, Hua Hin is Thailand’s most popular family resort destination among Bangkok-based families, and the town is chosen to be Bangkok residents’ second homes. Therefore, PACE decided to invest Bht 2,300 million to build MahaSamutr Country Club.
