Mr. Pornsan Pattanasin, COO of PACE Development said that MahaNakhon development, which will be the tallest building in Thailand at 314 metres in height, has been built to be able to handle earthquakes of up to 7-8 on the Richter scale. This world-class building has been simulated and tested against earthquakes and strong winds with computer programmes by inserting the strength of structure of the building and seismic waves from the most severe statistics in 100 years.
