Siam Rath: PACE is the leader in high-end residential development

Mr. Sorapoj Techakraisri, CEO of PACE Development Corporation Plc. revealed that ‘Nimit Langsuan’, a super-luxury freehold residential development, is officially opened for sale. The development value is Bht 7,500 million, with an average price of. Bht 300,000 per sq.m and Bht 400,000 for penthouse. Only two weeks after the pre-sales, PACE received firm bookings with paid deposits more than 90%. The construction is expected to start in October 2015 and will be completed within the second half of 2018.
