Siam Rath: PACE to Start Selling MahaSamutr

Mr. Sorapoj Techakraisri, CEO of Pace Development Corporation Plc., said the company will start selling MahaSamutr villas in Hua Hin around Q3 this year. Customers have shown interest to buy 10-20 villas. The target customers are those of the high-end segment and mostly the Thais looking for a second home. The political and economic situations have not yet affecting these clients.
