Thai Post: MahaNakhon moving by 30% of Construction

Mr. Sorapoj Techakraisri, CEO of PACE Development Corporation Plc., said the construction of MahaNakhon is now 30% complete and 60% of the Residences have been sold. MahaSamutr construction has progressed by more than 50%. The unofficial presales will be launched in Q3 this year. The company expects total revenue of 320 million baht at the end of this year. Mr. Kraithip Krairiksh, Chairman of the board, said the recent US downgrade on Thailand in human trafficking to Tier 3 rage will not affect the real estate business.
