Thai Post: PACE sold 70% of ‘Nimit Langsuan’, super-luxury residential development

Sorapoj Techakraisri, Chief Executive Officer of PACE Development Corporation Plc revealed that the company has unveiled ‘Nimit Langsuan’, a super luxury residential development, comprising 53-storey, 187 residences, built on 3-rai land plot. Total project value of Nimit is 7,500 million baht with prices ranging from 25 million to 250 million baht. Construction is expected to start in October 2015 and will be completed within the second half of 2018. Currently, there are firm bookings with paid deposits at 70%.
