Thansettakij: High-end market becomes more competitive

Sorapoj Techakraisi, Chief Executive Officer of PACE Development Corporation Plc, the developer of “Nimit Langsuan”, a super-luxury high-rise residential freehold development in one of Bangkok’s best locations next to Lumpini Park, priced between Bht 25-250 million per residence, revealed that the development received a success in its pre-sales late February, over 70% of the residences received firm bookings with paid deposits. And until today, there are less than 10% of residences left. The development is very successful, especially in the economic deceleration period.
