Sorapoj Techakraisri, CEO of PACE Development Corporation Plc., appointed Asia Plus Securities as lead underwriter for its IPO of 600 million shares offered at 3.50 baht a share. The company will list in The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) on August 7, 2013.
