PACE Development Corporation Plc. (PACE) announces it has commenced construction of the company’s latest high-end residential development situated on Naradhiwas-Rajanakarin Road. The foundation piling ceremony recently took place on-site, led by Chotipol Techakraisri (center), Vice Chairman of the Board together with PACE management team, and the project’s piling contractor management team, SEAFCO, joined the ceremony. PACE’s latest EIA approved 2.8 billion baht luxury residential development is located on a 2 rai plot of land on Naradhiwas-Rajanakarin road and is expected to launch in Q4 this year.
