The Interest Business: High End market boosted in Hua Hin

Sorapoj Techakraisri, CEO of PACE Development Corporation Plc, said the lands in Hua Hin now costs as much as 100 million baht a rai as land prices increased by at least 20% from last year. The company has decided to develop the ‘MahaSamutr’ project, a luxury villa worth 2.7 billion baht, providing 90 villas with a starting price of 35 million baht. The project also includes a high-end Hua Hin Country Club and Beach Club which will be open to both residents and external members.
