The Nation: MahaSamutr deal signed by PACE, Thai Obayashi

PACE Development Corporation Plc. and Thai Obayashi Corp., Ltd recently signed a contract to assign the structural work for the MahaSamutr project. Located on a 120-rai plot at Hua Hin Soi 112, the project is set around Asia’s largest man-made lagoon, covering an area of 45 rai. A groundbreaking ceremony for MahaSamutr was performed last Thursday.
