MahaNakhon will also house the Ritz Carlton Residences, the city’s most coveted homes. Strong sales in Hong Kong, Dubai and Singapore show the legendary brand is widely recognized the world over. CEO Sorapoj Techakraisri says Hong Kong buyers have purchased many of the two-bedroom residences while investors from the Middle East prefer larger three-bedroom apartments.
