The Nation: PACE secures transfers, new sites MahaNakhon, NIMIT and MahaSamutr sales boots profits

Sorapoj Techakraisri, CEO of PACE Development Corporation Plc., said the company has begun ownership transfers of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bangkok at MahaNakhon this quarter where sales are already more than 70 percent as the building nears completion.
At the same time, sales of MahaSamutr Luxury Villa underconstruction in Hua Hin has now reached about 40 percent ot approximately Bt1.6 billion.
In Bangkok, following EIA approval in April, construction of the prime NIMIT Langsuan site has begun.
