Thun Hoon: MahaNakhon Sale Figure more than 60%

PACE Development Corporation Plc. expects to recognize revenue from MahaNakon, which approximately 60% has been sold or about 6,000 million baht, by the end of 2015. Construction of its MahaNakhon development has progressed immensely and is now on floor 32nd from a total of 77 floors. The 1st-23rd floor will be The Bangkok Edition Hotel and from floor 24th-73rd will be Residences. The remaining higher floors will be observation deck, bar and restaurants.
