Thun Hoon: PACE sales reach the target

Sorapoj Techakraisri, CEO of PACE Development Corporation Plc (PACE), said the MahaNakhon is scheduled for completion in Q4 of 2015. The company’s sales of The-Ritz Carlton Residences have exceeded the target of 10%. Later this year, PACE will hold a roadshow for The Ritz-Carlton Residences Bangkok in Singapore. Besides, PACE has already signed the contract with Thai Obayashi to be the infrastructure contractor for its MahaSamutr Development, with construction already underway.
