ThunHoon: PACE sells 70% of MahaNakhon by year end

Mr. Sorapoj Techakraisri, CEO of PACE Development Corporation Plc. said the sales figure of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bangkok now is about 60%. One of the vital factors is the development is now converted to freehold which helps build more confidence on both Thais and foreign buyers. The Residences also expect to be 70% sold within this year. Meanwhile, membership sales of MahaSamutr Country Club Hua Hin will start soon.
