PACE Sells Assets in
MahaNakhon to King Power

PACE has completed the sales of assets in MahaNakhon development including ,The Bangkok EDITION, and MahaNakhon CUBE and Observatory, to King Power MahaNakorn Company Limited on April 10, 2018 in a deal worth 14 billion Baht. The deal meets target in relation to the company’s previous plan on putting MahaNakhon in REIT.

PACE will now focus on reducing debts, as well as speed up construction of current residential developments including MahaSamutr Luxury Villas, MahaSamutr Country Club, NIMIT Langsuan and WINDSHELL Naradhiwas, to secure revenue stream, while DEAN & DELUCA will see further expansion worldwide. The company’s board of directors considered the transaction appropriate and most beneficial to the company and its shareholders.
Construction Update

Construction of NIMIT Langsuan development is continuing at full speed. Work on the transfer slab at level 10, which is the largest level and is considered the foundation level of level 11 and the whole building, is 25% complete, and work on transfer beam has achieved 80% completion. While the water tank on Level B1 is now 100% completed.

Construction Update

Construction of WINDSHELL Naradhiwas is progressing as planned. The column and sheer wall at level 12 is fully complete. While floor slab at level 11 is 60% completed. Ventilation block at Level 6A is on process. Also, the structure of fire tank and MEP sleeve work for pipe at Level MEP1 is fully complete.
