PACE AND SANSIRI CANCELLED MOU TO PURCHASE NIMIT LANGSUAN AND THE RITZ-CARLTON RESIDENCES BANGKOK
PACE and Sansiri have terminated their MOU to sell and purchase the entire NIMIT Langsuan development and 53 residences at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bangkok within the landmark MahaNakhon. PACE remains the owner developer of both projects and will continue selling and developing the projects until finished.  
 
For NIMITLangsuan’s buyers, PACE will deliver the purchased units to the highest standards and specifications as agreed with the customers.

PACE APPOINTS SAYARM THONGKRABIN AS SENIOR EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
With almost 20 years of experience in high-end real estate industry and cross boarder real estate fund management, Khun Sayarm Tongkrabin has worked in complex investment environment with both Thai companies and global real estate funds. His last position before joining PACE was Thailand Country Head with Guidance Investments Sdn Bhd, a Kuala Lumpur base real estate fund management company. He also worked in executive level with Thai listed companies namely Evolution Capital PCL and Golden Land Property Development PCL. His expertise includes corporate and strategic planning, business development, investment structuring, capital raising, and feasibility analysis with strong knowledge of high-end hospitality and luxury residential sectors. Khun Sayarm will take part in strengthening PACE’s executions of corporate matters as well as business operations.
MAHANAKHON WELCOMES STUDENTS FROM RANGSIT UNIVERSITY
PACE recently welcomed 40 students and lecturers from Faculty of Architecture, Rangsit University at PACE Sales Gallery, 1st Floor of MahaNakhon CUBE building. The presentation to share knowledge and experience in building the tower was given by Design & Sustainability teams
CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
After the cancellation of Due Diligence with Sansiri, construction of NIMIT Langsuan development continues at level 10 by placing rebar for transfer, preparing for constructing beam and pole at the following stage. The cleaning of the construction site and inside the building from level 1 – 9 have been done to prepare the site for next construction phase.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
Construction of WINDSHELL Naradhiwas is continuing as planned. The column and sheer wall at level 10 is fully complete with work on floor slab has reached 80%. . MEP1 floor’s transfer beam is completed and fire tank structure progress has reached 60%. Ventilation block is on process at level 5A, while MEP work on pipe sleeve has started at level MEP1.
