Construction Update

 WINDSHELL Naradhiwas’ construction is on full speed. The column and sheer wall construction has reached Level 24. Work on floor slab of Level 23A is 80% complete and the MEP sleeve work has already started. MEP main equipment work at Level G and Level MEP1 is 60% complete while works on internal road and fence is 50% complete.

Construction Update
 
Construction of NIMIT Langsuan progresses as planned. Core structure and mechanical works have now reached Level 37. Detention tank and external road constructions at Level 1 are on progress. Structural work and MEP of mock-up room at Level 11 are 100% complete and ready for interior design process.

MahaSamutr CSR Activity

 MahaSamutr Country Club recently invited members and PACE staff to join CSR activity by donating unused clothes and other items for underprivileged children in the northern part of Thailand. 

Our partner, SEARA International (Sports Engineering & Recreation Asia Ltd.) led by Khun Jumpon Bumrungrajhirun, Director of Sales of Sports Construction Department, also donated sport equipment. 

All donated items will be delivered to Baan Noe Lae School, Chiang Mai
on December 21, 2018.

MahaSamutr Junior Golf Program

MahaSamutr recently organized Junior Golf Program for students of Shrewsbury International School, Bangkok led by British PGA Golf Professional, Lee Harper, and 3 other coaches. The program focuses on increasing golf skills for junior players, bringing the kids together, and putting their eight-week skills coached by Lee at school into action. The golf equipment used are especially designed for kids and beginner golfers. Trophies and medals were also awarded to little golfers who joined this special activity.
