PACE to Collaborate with Kinghill, 
a CP Group’s Subsidiary,
to Expand DEAN & DELUCA in China

PACE, through DEAN & DELUCA, recently signed a framework agreement with Kinghill Overseas Holding Limited, a subsidiary of the CP Group, in granting an exclusive right to Kinghill as master franchiser to expand DEAN & DELUCA in China for 5 years, with an option to extend the franchise term under conditions specified in the agreement. 

In addition, Kinghill, also expressed an interest in investing in DEAN & DELUCA China (HK) Co., Limited, subject to its satisfaction with the operation, and has entered into a framework option agreement with DEAN & DELUCA Asia (Thailand) Ltd., to be concluded within October 31, 2018, to purchase up to 49 percent shares in DEAN & DELUCA China (HK) Co., Limited.

Construction Update

The construction of column and sheer wall at WINDSHELL Naradhiwas has reached Level 20. While the slab at Level 19A is complete and the MEP sleeve work for pipe at Level 19 has started. The ventilation block at car park is 90% complete, and works on project’s road and fence are 35% complete.

Construction Update

The construction of NIMIT Langsuan is on progress. The slabs and core wall at Level 23 – 25 are complete. Rebar placement for core wall and columns have reached Level 28. The installation & inspections of E/E boxes for power outlet, fireman telephones, fire alarm speakers, emergency lights and lightning rods at the core wall of Level 27 are complete. While the external work, waste water piping installation has started.
